		<description><![CDATA[If you use MS Outlook, the journal is a great way to complie daily and weekly reports.  You can also setup rules to scoop up incoming messages into the journal.  

I find it convenient when I am at a different location to send an email report and have it moved automatically into my journal.

Plus the search is nice when I need to reference something.]]></description>

Presentations in digital media are preferred (they&#039;re more portable), but any form of prepared presentation proves not only understanding, but also poise and confidence (as long as it is done well).

Also, don&#039;t be afraid to ask for rec&#039;s and props in writing from those who vocally recognize your abilities.  These can help for those who are lacking in the certification and degree department, but who still know their stuff.]]></description>
