- Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2015Our generation today are inclined so much in using andoids, smart phones, IOS or any gadgets that are trending and uses almost all kinds applications that are essential for their basic needs. Its refreshing to know that such book offers guidelines on how to give life on all of your ideas when it comes to developing any mobile apps. The basics on how to do so was provided by Clinton and each chapter discussed the steps or instructions on how to execute all the brilliant ideas flowing through your brain. I like how the author wrote everything in well timely manner that creating a mobile app is feasible and can be achievable at all. If you are a developer or just a novice in the field of application programming then definitely this book is a must have.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2016It soon became apparent this is just a book to capture your eyeballs. This is a complex topic and most what he said is true but you won't learn much from this book. Grammatical errors are distracting.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2015If you want to learn how to program your own apps like programming, developing and designing, this book is for you!
Due to our modern technology, apps or application is very popular today. It is somewhat part of our lives especially those who use gadgets a lot like used for gaming or browsing. Apps are software program that's designed to perform a specific function. This book contains 12 steps on how publish your book as well.
Creating apps is not as difficult as you think, with the help of this book you will definitely be guided with the directions and steps on how to get started. You will be on the right path and you will be a master app builder if you read this book.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2016It really isn't much of a guide to app programming. It might be considered a guide to app marketing. Which would be a more apt title. I was expecting some basic explanation of app coding. This guide isn't really a failure. It's good information on marketing, but its title needs changing.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2015In the advent of iphones and smartphones, different apps have emerged. I was somehow curious on how these apps are created and programmed so us to entertain us and help us in so many ways. This book gives me a clear picture and better understanding on how they are created. The topic on “12 steps to Publishing your Mobile App” is very substantial and detailed that gives you technical knowledge in building an app. The different best practices for developing an impeccable App are also equally helpful and guide any app builder to make quality applications.
I got this book in a free promotional price in exchange with my honest and unbiased review.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2016I don't believe this book is worth the 14 dollars that I paid for it. The book itself is not very professionally put together (several typos, weird page margins, etc.). It totals about 61 pages and purports to teach the basic foundations of app programming. I guess it really depends on what you consider the words "basic," "foundation," and "programming" to mean. For me, this book did not meet its goal. I don't understand how this book received so many positive reviews. The only thing I learned from this book is to not trust Amazon reviews. If you're serious about making apps or learning about programming, I'd save my money and look elsewhere.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2015Good read. Definitely aimed at an "idea person" who has an idea for an app, rather than being aimed at a developer. That said, the advice is solid and good for anyone who is involved in app-making to be aware of.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2015The book is very straightforward in giving steps to follow to be successful at building an application. But one must know that the author has not gone into details on how to write or code an app in this book (subject for another book according to the author). It contains the basics of how will you start building an app like you have to use high-end computers, have extra mobile phones for the purpose of testing and have to select the right software. This book encourages anyone who likes to build a web application, even those who are not professionals in programming, to create the ideas on their mind with specific purpose, may it be for practical use or entertainment apps.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ridiculous
This is the most superfluous book I have ever bought. It presents some useless tipps in the style of "develop an idea before you start". The "book" barely consists of 10 screen pages. I am really regretting to have spent EUR 2.99 on this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not a programming guide
Just enough info to discourage a beginner.

3.0 out of 5 stars Veramente una guida molto (forse troppo) base

5.0 out of 5 stars God Read
This is a god 'Beginners Guide' that imbues the reader with the necessary thought processes required to start developing app ideas and equips you, the reader, with the vocabulary and next step thread origins for the App making journey.
Well written and therefore easy to read shouldn't take more than five minutes to read from cover to cover. If it does take any longer than five, I would suggest, you are over egging the source and taking the book too seriously when you should be getting on with the next level. Writing apps is not the same as writing software (It should be fun and is fun) and this book makes that clear from the start. .

1.0 out of 5 stars Grammatical and editing DISASTER!
Poorly edited and just a disaster to read. When there are punctuation, consistency and spelling errors on the back COVER, you know you're in for trouble. Awful, awful book. Absolute rubbish.
VICTORIA CGrammatical and editing DISASTER!
