I have to send the broken mug back to get my refund. Just annoying to have to have her do with her gift. I reordered but I will not be ordering again.Second cup shipped and arrived perfect!

    Got this for my dads Christmas gift and he loved it. I tested it with some hot water before I gave it to him to make sure it worked and WOW it changes a lot faster than I expected. At least when it heats up. Dont expect it to change fast when they drink from it because I poured out the hot water and even sat the cup in front of a fan to cool it down faster and it still took a solid 5 minutes before it even started to fade back to the original.
