    I was going through a rough period in my life. I found this book and it helps me a lot. The information about being able to discover your own feelings, and how to do self regulation. The process toward managing our feeling, emotion, wawww this book is great! I love the fact that it was writing in a friendly language, not to many fancy or scientific words. I highly recommend this book especially if you are emotionally in pain.
